Modifying Your Membership Level

This Gizmo Guide will help aid in the process of changing your Membership Level!

Prerequisites: Must have a Neighborhood Nerds website login

Difficulty Level: Member • Nerd • Platypus

Estimated Time: 5 minutes

Expected Outcome: The Membership will be changed and the NNI Internal systems will reflect the new Level

Tools Required: Web Browser

Steps to Perform

1. The member needs to login to their account on the Neighborhood Nerds website (here)
   
2. Once logged in to your account, go to the tab labeled "My Account"
3. From here you are able to modify your membership from the “My Membership” section of your account
   
4. Update your Membership accordingly
