Member Center Personnel

Each Member Center (MC) Requires many different resources with different experiences, skills, personalities, etc. This document lays out the HR requirements for an average MC.

MC Operator

  • Compensation: $125,000-$325,000 annually per MC based on gross sales
  • Responsibilities: Legal, Financial, Marketing, Sales, HR
  • Requirements
    • Financial: $237,000 investment to open the MC and cover the 18-month runway
    • Experience: 3 years in GCI working all roles of MC or 5 years in an Executive Role in a Corp or 5 years owning a company
    • Personality: Christ-like

MC Manager

  • Compensation: $10-$15/hr + bonus based on years of service +$100 week bonus
  • Responsibilities: MC manager rotates on a quarterly basis between nerds with the available time and experience. They extra off the clock work such as answering questions from other nerds and member relations
  • Requirements
    • Experience: 3 years retail/restaurant/hotel management with gross sales of $1M+ and 10 employees
    • Personality: Servant Leader

Outside Sales

  • Compensation: $100,000 - $1,000,000 annually based on Membership size and growth
  • Responsibilities: Local Sales Efforts for Multiple MCs
  • Requirements
    • Experience: 5 years consumer services sales with gross sales of $10M+ and 5 employees
    • Personality: Truthful, Honest, Honorable

Inside Nerds

  • Compensation: $10-$15/hr + bonus based on years of service
  • Responsibilities: On-time in Gizmo State of Mind. Use GCOC & NDACRR to Help Members.
  • Requirements
    • Experience: Actively enrolled in HS or College. Maintain 3.5+ GPA.
    • Personality: Happy, Kind, Caring, Empathetic, Driven, Protective

Remote Help Nerds

  • Compensation: $10-$15/hr + bonus based on years of service
  • Responsibilities: On-time in Gizmo State of Mind. Use GCOC & NDACRR to Help Members.
  • Requirements
    • Experience: Actively enrolled in HS or College. Maintain 3.5+ GPA.
    • Personality: Happy, Kind, Caring, Empathetic, Driven, Protective

Flex Nerds

  • Compensation: $15/hr per ticket and $10-$15/hr + bonus based on years of service when covering Member Center or Remote Help
  • Responsibilities: On-time in Gizmo State of Mind. Use GCOC & NDACRR to Help Members. Cover Member Center and Remote Help when needed.
  • Requirements
    • Experience: Actively enrolled in HS or College. Maintain 3.5+ GPA.
    • Personality: Happy, Kind, Caring, Empathetic, Driven, Protective

GTC Nerds

  • Compensation: $10-$15/hr + bonus based on years of service
  • Responsibilities: On-time in Gizmo State of Mind. Use GCOC & NDACRR to Help Members. Cover Member Center and Remote Help when needed. Manage member device repairs.
  • Requirements
    • Experience: Actively enrolled in HS or College. Maintain 3.5+ GPA. Basic repair knowledge
    • Personality: Happy, Kind, Caring, Empathetic, Driven, Protective
