      List commercial properties on Facebook Marketplace

      Due to some changes on FaceBook, it is no longer a straightforward process to post commercial properties for lease, rent, or sale on Facebook Marketplace. This Guide will show you a workaround to get your property posted properly.

      Prerequisites: Facebook account access. Marketplace access. Computer or device using Chrome browser. 

      Difficulty Level: Member • Nerd • Platypus

      Estimated Time: 10 minutes

      Tools Required: Facebook account. Photos of property. Chome browser. 

      Expected Outcome:  Post of your property with an accurate title and description on FB Marketplace.

      Steps to Perform 

      1. In chrome go to m.facebook.com

      2. Click the Marketplace icon in the middle top

      3. Navigate to the Selling tab by clicking on Selling

      4. You can now "Create New Listing" or "Manage Item" to edit an existing listing
      5. Finish by clicking on Post 
      6. The Facebook system will review. This usually happens instantly through automation. 
      7. Your new/updated post should now be available on all Facebook Marketplace groups.
