Quick and easy way to get the username of the user that is currently logged in on a Windows machine

Tools Required: A Windows PC

Steps to Perform 

1. From the desktop press Windows key + R on the keyboard to bring up the run dialog
2. In the dialog type cmd and press Enter to open the command prompt
   
3. From the command prompt type whoami and press Enter
   The username is the text after the slash
