Steps to Perform

  1. Go to Settings application
  2. Go to General
    1. This will be at the top of the third "block" of options in the settings app
  3. Scroll all the way to the bottom and select Reset
  4. From the options, find the option labeled Reset Network Settings
    1. Follow the on-screen prompts
  5. Your device will restart during this process

Please note that this process will cause your iOS device to "forget" every WiFi network it has been on, meaning that you will need to re-enter the password for networks you've used before.
