You can import photos from your Lively Flip Phone to your Windows 10 PC using the Photos app in Windows
Prerequisites: A Windows computer and camera or phone with pictures to import

Expected Outcome: Photos on your phone will be copied onto your computer
Steps to Perform
- Connect your phone to your computer with a USB cable
- The Photos app should automatically open when you connect your device
- It will look like this:
- If it does not open automatically or you have closed it and need to reopen it, click on the start menu and scroll through the list of programs and click Photos

- Click on the Import button in the upper right-hand corner of the Photos app. It is the small box with the little arrow. It the the third icon from the right.

- From the drop down menu click From a connected device
- You will see a popup dialog with a list of all the pictures on your phone in order by date. The newest pictures at the top, oldest at the bottom. They will also be grouped by month
- Click on each photo that you want to import to your computer
- Once you have selected all the photos you wants to import
- Once you are ready to import your photos, look toward the top left-hand corner of the import dialog and click on Change location and a windows explorer dialog will popup
- This is how we are going to choose what folder on the computer we want to import the photos to
- In the windows explorer dialog, navigate to the directory on your computer you wish to import your photos to
- Once you are in the directory you wish to import your photos to, click on the button next to cancel in the bottom right-hand corner of the Explorer window and you should be taken back to the previous dialog where you selected the photos to be imported
- Click on Import in the bottom right-hand corner of the dialog
- The photos that you selected will now be imported to your computer
- You can access them by going to Explorer and navigating to the directory in which you saved them
