How to Turn On/off Touchpad on a Windows 10 Laptop

For laptop users the touchpad is the primary navigation device. If the touchpad is unresponsive, a setting may have been changed that disabled it. Here is how you fix it!

Prerequisites: Windows 10 laptop with a touchpad (Touch screen)

Steps to Perform 

1. Press the Windows Key, type touchpad, press Enter
